Sales Manager
SCOPE OF DUTIES
A person taking up the employment in this capacity will be subordinated to one of the Company’s branches depending on the place of their residence (Katowice, Wrocław, Legnica, Szczecin)
- proactive B2B client acquisition,
- selling security of persons and property services, as well as direct selling of commercial cleaning and maintenance services,
- preparing presentations and commercial quotes,
- conducting meetings and commercial negotiations,
- co-pricing of services,
- taking part in industry meetings,
- working with other company departments and building relationships at different levels of the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
- experience in the sale of services, experience in cleaning or security services will be an asset,
- fluent English,
- high skills in building long-term relationships,
- knowledge of the local market in terms of businesses from various sectors,
- self-motivation to achieve targets.
