Sales and Public Procurement Manager
SCOPE OF DUTIES
- independently conducting tender procedures on the part of the Contractor,
- assessing customer needs and preparing offers, service quotes and commercial contracts,
- conducting meetings and commercial negotiations with Contracting authorities and Subcontractors,
- taking part in industry meetings,
- working with company departments and building relationships at different levels of the organisation,
- meeting sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- knowledge of Public Procurement Law and experience in conducting tender procedures,
- experience in sales of services including experience in maintenance and commercial cleaning services or in person and property security services will be an asset,
- high skills in building long-term relationships,
- knowledge of the local market in terms of businesses from various sectors,
- ability to meet deadlines and independence in carrying out tasks,
- proficiency in MS Office,
- category B driving licence
