Sales and Public Procurement Manager


  • independently conducting tender procedures on the part of the Contractor,
  • assessing customer needs and preparing offers, service quotes and commercial contracts,
  • conducting meetings and commercial negotiations with Contracting authorities and Subcontractors,
  • taking part in industry meetings,
  • working with company departments and building relationships at different levels of the organisation,
  • meeting sales targets.


  • knowledge of Public Procurement Law and experience in conducting tender procedures,
  • experience in sales of services including experience in maintenance and commercial cleaning services or in person and property security services will be an asset,
  • high skills in building long-term relationships,
  • knowledge of the local market in terms of businesses from various sectors,
  • ability to meet deadlines and independence in carrying out tasks,
  • proficiency in MS Office,
  • category B driving licence
